Hello Numbers Community,
Another DAO meeting passed, and we're excited to see how the next will go! But enough on that, let's talk about the progress this week shall we?
For those that have been waiting for it, we're very happy to let you know that the Capture explorer page is back to live again! But that's not all, the Capture Eye also got a glow up, check how it looks now at the AI:Media 2024 showcase page!
Are you a reader of Defiance Media? This is a video-based news platform for blockchain and AI, based in Los Angeles. If you are a reader, check out the updates on the news site, and you will notice that Capture Eye has been implemented to verify the provenance of their video content!
Vera was invited to a podcast series by Blockchain Asia this week. The discussion covered mainly on misinformation caused by generative AI, the regulation on this, and how Numbers could help and provide a real world use-case to restore trust in digital content!
And of course, the big milestone for us! Numbers Protocol has initiated the Creative Origin Alliance, a new alliance for ethical AI usage! Starting with an initial 9 companies in the alliance, each with their own value and innovation, the goals of the alliance are to foster transparent and ethical methods for the development and use of AI technology and to address key challenges of the AI era.
We're at ETHCC and IPFSCamp in Brussel this week, both events were amazing! We had a great time interacting with the community, and also talking about our work in addressing disinformation in Taiwan's 2024 election, we also made some more valuable connections!
We discussed a potential collaboration with Cai Studio, renowned for their innovative artwork. They were very eager about how Numbers can help with storage, licensing, and empower their creative process!
Another new staking pool alert! The new BEP-20 $NUM staking is now open! We're planning another surprise staking vaganza after this pool ends, but more about it later, how about we stake now?
