2023/8/11 Weekly Summary from Numbers Team

Hello again Numbers Community!

Here's the update of week, fresh from all the team of Numbers Protocol!

Product

• The addition of "DRAFT" tab on "My Capture" page and renaming the "CAPTURED" status to "VERIFIED". This will improve clarity of asset statuses.

• New feature to send Mainnet NUM to external wallet. Now you can send NUM to other user easily!

Marketing & Community

• We received over 30 high quality submission from the Capture Cam Master challenge! Due to the excitement our community has shown, we decided to extend the campaign till the end of August, along with more educational content to help our newer users!

• Ambassador program 3.0 is coming, stay tuned!

• Guess who win the 2023 KPMG Private Enterprise Tech Innovator Pitch competition, we did! We're out to Lisbon this November to slay another goal at Web Summit!

• Emmy Award nomination for "DJ and the War Crimes" has shown the importance of digital media Provenance to the mainstream media. We're so proud to be a part of this amazing project!

Business Development

• We've successfully concluded the scoping phase and presented an agreement for CXC.

• Among our ongoing collaboration, one with Ringfence reached another milestone as we successfully delivered the MOU.

• Along with fellow participants, we explored how Numbers' technology enhances 3D camera tech for digital twin creation and supports a unique children's mental therapy solution through manga art.

NUM & DAO

• Complying with our DAO voting result, to empower our validator, we have made adjustments to the gas fee on the Numbers blockchain. This changes, while subtle, will be crucial for the integrity of our ecosystem. Check out our official announcement for more details on this!
