Use Cases
Numbers Protocol is a technology that addresses issues of authenticity and ownership for digital media through its use in a variety of use cases such as Reuters coverage of the 2020 US Presidential election, and cataloguing and preserving war crime evidence in Ukraine.
Additionally, it is key component of the Web3 creator economy, allowing creators to effectively monetize their work while protecting the ownership of their assets. It creates transparency and verifiability of digital media files thus making it easier to address issues of copyright, ownership and history of assets, and fair distribution of royalties.
